People and organizations visit Wies and the members of Help Helpen Vision with a request to help them by realizing a project. If the project gets a positive recommendation it is forwarded to SHH. After a positive approval from the Dutch Board, Fund raising starts. The realized amount of Money is send to Wies in Ghana, she keeps an eye on the realization of the project. Since the origin of the Foundation lot of experience has been gained in the field of project development in the Netherlands as well as in Ghana. From 2011 this experience is more and more used to get the Dutch business world interested in activities in this West African country.
 
Contacts with the Dutch Company Dadtco, resulted in work for 600 farmers in the neighborhood of Wies. Dadtco has developed a mobile factory in which cassava roots are processed into a starch dough. The roots are bought from the local farmers. This concern invested roughly 50.000 euro to start the production process on a plot in Golokuati.SHH mediates more and more in finding apprentices places in Ghana for Dutch students.From 2010, 40 student nurses have worked in Hospitals in the Volta Region. Nine students from the above mentioned group have made research about the possibility of starting a Nurses Training Centre. Kpandu has been elected . All nine students have been successful in their examination.
